The modules have quite a bit of variety but on average it takes about 1 hour of content and homework/worksheets per week. 

Not a chance. This is a self paced course so you may begin anytime you wish.

while yes, this course is meant to restrict certain foods over the course of 3 weeks, however, if you struggle with emotional eating.....this phase is optional. You can restrict as much or as little as you wish. You will still benefit from learning and leaning into your body's internal cues and lifestyle choices. 

Yes, absolutely! While this course is not a food freedom course, we do touch on the relationship with food and body and learning how to listen to our bodies internal cues.

However, if you are just at the beginning of healing your relationship with food and body, perhaps one of my private coaching packages could serve you better.

Oh girl, if I had a dollar each time I've said that. Been there. Taking a leap and investing in yourself can be something that makes you want to curl up with the worst stomach pains.
